use recursive depth 0 as default #45

Until #33 is actually fixed this at least uses a default which doesn't prevent the usage for repositories with a lot of dependencies.

Weird, it hang multiple times before. And it worked with this patch applied. Now it seems to work ok-ish (20s) without the patch again. Maybe the Apache restarts in the middle did some magic?

Anyway closing this for now.
