Assuming that this has been tested on a bionic machine and we feel comfortable recommending bionic. Shouldn't we also add it to the list of recommended OSes in the code? https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/prerelease_website/pull/47/commits/e5ed71a498c9805d96edf322620ea6e1b004269e

I might suggest that either 18.04 or 16.04 are recommended and 14.04 is supported? I note that going through the link it only mentions 14.04
