Noticed after deploying the Ubuntu Jammy jobs for Rolling. If any of the jobs run under the unshortened job name it may behoove us to run a script renaming them.

The test failure in this PR is because it's looking for a focal target for Rolling. I'll update that test in a separate PR as I want to merge and rename all Jenkins jobs while the farm is quieted for the reprepro update deployment.
