Here we add a section to the home page that lists any of 5 standard documents that are found. It also includes the concept from PR #61 to include the README on the home page. If accepted, this would supersede that PR, but also should give credit here to @ottojo.
I needed tests to pass, so I chose the current tfoote-patch-1 branch to base this on. This PR will need rebasing after a solution is chosen to get tests working again.
