Add missing graphviz dep #102

Used by Doxygen for inheritance diagrams.

Partial solution for https://github.com/ros/geometry2/issues/498#issuecomment-781654088, as the issues mixes both CPP and python documentation issues.

@jack-oquin This was already added to the ros_buildfarm, https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm/pull/856, but it is still missing here.
