package.xml contains invalid tags

The package.xml for rosdoc_lite contains tags that are now invalid; this causes warnings for anything using this package.

The tags in question are <build_type> and <copyright>

This was fixed in 59d64897a258f302edd123bc446a172a234c24b9 I believe. Closing.

Sure, rosdoc_lite 0.2.2 has gone out with this fix.
