Enhancement: Doxygen builder does not support PREDEFINED tag #47

Thanks for the enhancement!

I see no problem merging the new tag, but we need to discuss the CMake changes.

Merged #48, will leave this issue open until the enhancement is released.

Fix included in rosdoc_lite 0.2.4, released to Groovy, Hydro, and Indigo.

Currently in shadow-fixed, will appear in the public packages.ros.org with the next update.
