updates to new view_controller_msgs #17

I fixed some things in the view controller and split things up (so that messages aren't dependent on Rviz!), so I updated the stuff in pr2_interactive_manipulation_frontend.

Oh by the way, please abandon the "rviz_view_controllers" package and instead use the "ros-view-controllers" repo I have on my aleeper github. I'll talk to Dave about the release process in the morning.
