Adding pr2_pick_and_place_demos #55

Re-adding pr2_pick_and_place_demos, along with its missing dependencies. Also updated a few launch files to optionally start up the reactive grasping stuff.

Thanks for doing the message upgrade, Dan. I'll merge once I've fixed the problem you mentioned with place.

Shoved a fixed version back in using pull request #56, so closing this one.
