Added launchfile parameter for household object database cfg. #58

Currently, the path to the configuration file for the household object database is hardcoded in the pr2_interactive_manipulation launch file.

This commit simply makes this an argument instead. Otherwise, end users either have to hack pr2_interactive_manipulation or household_objects_database.
