Catkinization, maintenance #64

Hi developers,

is this package still being maintained? If you aren't planning on catkinizing this and bringing this forward to Hydro, I will do so.

I'm going to re-open this for sake of discussion. It appears the functionality provided here is actually done now by MoveIt and implementation specific at moveit_pr2.
