Moving pr2_object_manipulation to pr2 repo #65

Hi maintainers,

would it make more sense to move the pr2_object_manipulation package that exists inside the ros-interactive-manipulation organization over to the pr2 organization?

I would say it's OK here - guessing it's more experimental / less maintained than the things in the pr2 organization. Very happy to grant access to folks who might be interested in contributing, which would be greatly appreciated.

It appears that moveit_pr2 replaces the functionality in this package so this is no longer needed. I believe this should be officially deprecated and documented for those in the future.
