Fixed build issue re: missing hb.h #8

Added an extra step to fix the build process. Fixes #6 Maybe this issue should be fixed in the package's CMakeLists.txt and patched in instead of the PKGBUILD?

@bionade24 can you take a look into this PR as soon as you can? It is important since this issue is currently causing the ros-melodic-desktop-full package to break.
