Package release #16

Hi!

Thanks for creating this package, it is super helpful. Are you planning to release it for humble, iron, ... anytime soon?

Glad to hear you like it. Yeah, will need some cleanup, but I could release it. So far I am only maintaining ROS code related to event based cameras, and I created a release team specifically for that. It would probably make sense to move this code underneath a different repository, like the ros perception image transport plugins. Let me ping them.

Package has been release to humble, iron, and rolling. Will take a while until the distro maintainers will sync, but the package should be available soon.
