vocabulary must encode to utf8 #2

I'm not confident on this code, http://doc.aldebaran.com/2-1/naoqi/audio/alspeechrecognition-api.html#ALSpeechRecognitionProxy::setVocabulary__std::vector:ss:CR.bCR says nothing on encoding issue.

it seems to be utf8 indeed.
