Kinetic ARM64 #82

Does not compile on Kinetic ARM64.... and not released

This is a known issue. This has been blacklisted from the arm build in https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm_config/pull/47. This is not limited to arm64 builds but armhf builds as well.

@mikaelarguedas thanks! what was the problem? was it about dependencies of the Naoqi Driver itself?
