Add a missing dependency #14

Without meshes package I couldn't run moveit.

$ roslaunch pepper_moveit_config demo.launch

I just noticed that the licenses used in pepper_robot and pepper_meshes are different. If this is why the dependency is undefined it's understandable but then I wonder if the necessity of pepper_meshes is documented somewhere.

It was not added by default as the buildfarm could not handle packages with a license to approve. But I'll accept your pull request and see if they work now :) (I think they do).
