Add some talk of GPS in the Concepts page
Show the 3 configuration setups for the 3 modes (map, no map static sized, no map rolling) in the global costmap (e.g. the actual configuration settings that change / matter)
Should we pull in that GPS waypoint collection tool (modified for your file format, probably)?

@pepisg I assume with this all written out that the GPS waypoint follower works fine? I haven't seen an update there that I should re-review. That would need to be ready before the tutorial can be merged since its used in the tutorial

Yeah, I used it for creating the tutorial. Last I pulled main though the tests were not passing. I will review why is that by the end of the week and let you know when I think everything is ready
