bt_navigator default xmls confusing in the docs #540

Looking at navigate_to_pose.cpp in main and humble I see that not setting the parameters for bt_navigator, there are defaults selected and if that's the case, the documentation can be misleading.

I wanted to verify the issue before opening a pull request. If I am understanding the situation correctly, I'll make a pull request to make the docs more noobie-understandable.
