PS. Could you create a repo like ros-noetic-arch/issue(s) to collect all the issues to one repository? It may help tracking the issues.

For tracking the issues across an organization I use the following view: https://github.com/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+archived%3Afalse+user%3Aros-noetic-arch+

Thus I haven't had a need yet for a separate repo for just issues. Let me know if that works for you, otherwise I can add a repo for just issues.
