tf2 support #48

Is it possible to use ar_track_alvar with tf2 as opposed to tf? Would you welcome a PR on this?

PR's very welcomed. Maintenance is minimally done so unless someone takes the initiative, this would never happen.

@sjhansen3 You can use it with TF2 nodes while this library uses TF.
