Fixed typo in exported library names #11

It's a pretty minor error, but unfortunately breaks the system release due to nonexistent lib_point_cloud_filters.so

@vrabaud Hey Vincent! Do you have a bit of time to trigger a release into Hydro? I am releasing dependent packages later today.
