Cannot use in ros melodic #179

ERROR: cannot launch node of type [laser_filters/scan_to_scan_filter_chain]: Cannot locate node of type [scan_to_scan_filter_chain] in package [laser_filters]. Make sure file exists in package path and permission is set to executable (chmod +x)

Ubuntu 18.04 ros melodic
