Simplify source tree by removing almost same code #3

Codes to create executable with singleton nodelet are almost same, maybe it would be better to add a template and configure it in cmake. https://github.com/ros-perception/opencv_apps/tree/indigo/src/node This is for simplicity and make this repo contributor friendly.
