add hot fix for hydro test #98

this will fix error on travis (https://travis-ci.org/ros-perception/opencv_apps/jobs/568615356)

mintar commented 4 years ago

vcstools/vcstools#157 is now solved, so this hotfix is not required any more and could be reverted.
