bug in flags checking in map.h? #5

It seems that there might be a bug in map.h, as reported by @dpinol in ros-perception/slam_gmapping#10

@po1 @dpinol I don't have cycles for this atm, I'm not sure who else can look into this.

I'm not sure this is critical, the package seems to work fine the way it is. I'll investigate this a bit, and try the obvious fix. Hopefully it doesn't break everything.

fixed in 551f45d7e5857d195f07fec9dabfb532e546f610. It was a non-bug.
