Inquiry About Draco Compression Implementation in point_cloud_transport #95

Question Description I noticed in the documentation that point_cloud_transport utilizes Draco compression, but I couldn't find the relevant implementation in the code. Our platform is Ubuntu 20.04 Galactic, and due to embedded OS constraints, we cannot upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04, making it impossible to directly port point_cloud_transport to Galactic.

Could you please clarify where the Draco calls are located? Is there any documentation available regarding the details of the compression?
