Run cartographr and not navigation by default

Updates policies to work with cartographer

@ruffsl as per offline discussion.

Not sure what we should do for the readme though. Guess we should update the screenshots to show cartographer. We can also add an additionnal config called navigation that people can use to play with the unsecure mode and reproduce the content of the video.

I suppose, just remember to use git lfs to commit the image file.

I wouldn't want to duplicate configs. But we could have a wrapper config that simply imports common, switches to the navigation window and navigation2 pain, and presses Enter. Don't think we'd need it though, as users could just press enter themselves.
