Addresses #36.

Changes

Update README with better install instructions
Tell users that sysroot path needs to be absolute

@piraka9011 Hmmm the fact this is already flaky makes me nervous. If you feel there is an action item to improve stability, let me know! Also, if you have captured the error, I'd be interested to see it.
