no warnings for unavailable PySide/Shiboken #58

Since Debian packages of PySide2 are only available as of Ubuntu Cosmic it doesn't make sense to warn about it. Once we target Cosmic or newer the message level can be changed back to warnings / non-quiet find_package calls.
