use QUIET and change warning into status msg to avoid stderr on Melodic #85

Avoid the CMake warning in downstream packages on Melodic: e.g. http://build.ros.org/view/Mdev/job/Mdev__qt_gui_core__ubuntu_bionic_amd64/10/

Since Ubuntu Bionic doesn't have Python 2 packages for Shiboken2 / PySide2.
