floats need to be ints for many methods in python 3.10 #131

There may be other instances but these are all the cases that threw exceptions when I opened a few bags with python 3.10.6 and python3 qt5 5.15.6

Do these ints still work on the older versions?

These changes were necessary for us too, after migrating to Python 3.10. Thanks for sharing the patch. 👍
