Unable to locate package ros-noetic-rqt on Rpi 4B #75

I am running ros noetic on Rpi 4B and I received this error message when I run "sudo apt-get install ros-noetic-rqt-graph"

Did anyone face this issue and know how to resolve it? Or is this some bug between ros and Rpi as there are also some other ros packages that would give me the same error message.
