broken GUI #49

The gui appears to be broken on foxy running 20.04. I am not able to use the refresh button or to select an image topic from the drop down menu.

I can also confirm that I see exactly the same thing as @bostoncleek . This was after a fresh ROS galatic install and having to deinstall pyqt packages due to this issue: https://answers.ros.org/question/371691/valueerror-pycapsule_getpointer-called-with-incorrect-name/.

I'm running Ubuntu 20.04

I have the same issue on melodic (18.04).
