Visualizing Point Cloud

Describe your issue here and explain how to reproduce it.

Your environment

• OS Version: Ubuntu 18.04
• ROS Distro: [Melodic ]
• RViz, Qt, OGRE, OpenGl version as printed by rviz:

  paste your console output here
  I try to merge pointclouds collected for first 5 seconds and then persom 
  1) downsampling with leafsize 0.2 (0.2 as minimum value. Anything lower than that will give an error saying- how do I know minimum leaf size)
  2) RANSAC to detect ground plane. Although the points from the topic give values when echoed( => published)
  These points are not visual ed or do not include all other changes

• If source build, which git commit?

Sorry, but I don't understand your issue description. rviz doesn't provide point cloud downsampling, does it?? Ensure that you have configured the correct topic and base frame in rviz. Look out for warnings and error messages.
