New release please? #203

Hello, I'm currently building melodic on Gentoo (Prefix) and in order to build 'desktop' 'tf' is pulled. Given the new version of boost used in Gentoo, this patch is needed (Boost signals not needed in CMakeLists.txt): https://github.com/ros/geometry/commit/2eed72cb7b63fc4ee98af695c625d9a741a09897

Which, if we get a new release, will just build. Thank you.
