Detected jump back in time of xxs. Clearing TF buffer. #463

I currently use Moveit with the kinetic and tf2(0.5.20) on Ubuntu 16.04 x86_64. It appears to be still prompting the message "Detected jump back in time of xxs. Clearing TF buffer." after the message of "moved backwards in time (probably because ROS clock was reset), re-publishing joint transforms".

Actually, I haven't performed any rosbag related operations. Could you please give me any suggestion? @tfoote
