Switch to use source from Occipital. #6

The original OpenNi2 source is no longer maintained (https://github.com/OpenNI/OpenNI2/blob/master/README.md ) . Fortunately, Occipital take over the maintenance so we tag along. This update is necessary to provide functions used by pcl-HEAD.
