Fix for libc++ compilation issues involving GTest #6

Some ROS packages like camaer_info_manager and some of the diagnostic packages, are not able to compile due to a problem with the GTest configuration and libc++. This updated formula includes a patch that is currently under code review upstream that fixes the issue.
