urdf_parser_py is missing parsers for our tactile definition and for other sensors available in our urdfdom
I had to extend urdf_parser_py to permit use of our tactile description in an rqt_bag tactile_msgs display plugin that I prepared for one colleague. This new plugin will be added soon to our code base but requires this PR to be merged first.
No urgency, just needs to be done at some point before end of 2021
