Update gtest to 1.11.0 version #160

Two commits on top of pull #158:

0854b4b to update gtest code
b7c5c23 to fix some warnings related to comparison of integer expressions of different signedness

This is up to you, but you might consider updating to 1.10.0 instead of 1.11.0. We are using 1.10.0 in most of ROS 2, and we know it works on all of our platforms.
