The release repository has already been mirrored from the prior release repository: https://github.com/PickNikRobotics/topic_based_ros2_control-release.git
Archiving but not deleting the previous release repository is recommended to prevent future releases from being released in it.
The mirrored repository was manually imported before terraform deployment with
bin/import-repo topic_based_ros2_control-release
