terminate called after throwing an instance of 'tf2_ros::InvalidTimerHandleException' is thrown. Edit and upload.

Foxy is End-of-Life, so we won't be accepting any new changes to it. If you are still having this problem on Humble, Iron, or Rolling, please feel free to open a PR targeting one of those.
