Note: Turtlesim changes should target rolling branch and should be backported to <distro>. Previously a <distro-devel> was also created to mirror <distro> but it existed purely for legacy reasons to support documentation redirects from docs.ros.org. However, since iron the docs page redirects to the <distro> branch.
We've typically recruited someone to do the turtlesim icon that goes along with the artwork. https://github.com/ros/ros_tutorials/pull/140 is an example of adding in the icon.
Test icon works in
