Where are defined rmw_init & rmw_shutdown ? #351

Hi to all, I'm trying to compile the rmw source; I noted that the init.c module not has the definition of the following functions:

Where are they defined ? Thanks in advance Leonard

Make sure to include a lot of information on what platform you are using, which ROS distribution you are using, and the exact steps you took.
