Dehydration: There should be a Duration section #31

Need to add in a duration section (similar to what is done on other pages, e.g., Staining). This should include the duration field and the duration unit field.

I found it - it's in the Reagent Concentration dropdown. Which I think makes sense as the duration could change for each switch to a new reagent. No change needed now.
