feat: copy palette values from swatches

This pull request enables a work-in-progress interface for copying palette values while in the swatches view. The current implementation shows three buttons when hovering the swatch card, overlaying the content of the card. Further improvements should be made for a more consistent, reliable user experience.

I don't love this implementation but this has been sitting for quite some time and having the functionality seems worth getting this merged.
