Enable transparency for message activities #24

Previously the transparency wasn't applied for these two cases:

I made a small amendment to the docs per https://github.com/rose-pine/tmux/issues/22#issuecomment-1872989010

Yeah, these changes seem pretty in-line with the previously made transparency, was missing it. Thanks for the contributions! Merging rn :sunglasses:
