Sorry it took a while to get to this -- I wasn't able to replicate this with a fresh config. Are you using any extensions or other custom styles that could be overriding the colors? If you can post your config, I'd be happy to take a look and see if I see anything that could be causing it. I'll move to a discussion for now and if you have further issues with it I'd be happy to help.
