색상 및 순서를 relative abundance가 많은 순서대로!!

Also, we need to make it in groups. Maybe getting the average file separately?

Partially solved..... Y axis scale has a prob Shown as 'sum' not 'mean' or 'average'

also problem with legends. don't want to see border legends

NA values are missing after otu. Doesn't matter with phylum, class level, but do matters after order-level....

tax_glom 단계에서 NArm=TRUE 를 FALSE로 바꿔주면 됨 -> 근데 이렇게 하니까 duplicate cell이 생겨서 복잡해짐 그냥 어차피 NA 이니까 1에서 뺀 값으로 사용하는게 어떨까?
